Dear Customer, Welcome to Etemar Umrah Company, and we are pleased to serve you. Please review the following terms and conditions, as completing your booking signifies your acceptance of them:
First: General Terms Service details (accommodation, transportation, and dates) may be modified in case of unforeseen circumstances, with the commitment to informing the customer in advance.
Etemar Company is committed to providing services of the same quality as advertised. In the event of any changes, an alternative of the same or higher standard will be provided.
All customer information must be accurate, and the validity of the ID, residency permit, or passport must be verified.
Second: Cancellation and Refund Policy
🔹 Individual Bookings: Cancellation 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund.
Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance: One night’s rate will be deducted.
Cancellation 24 hours in advance (for transportation flights): Full refund within 48 hours.
🔹 Group Bookings: Cancellation 14 days or more in advance: Full refund.
Cancellation less than 14 days in advance: No refund. 🔹 Bus Trips:
Up to 7 people: Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours in advance.
More than 7 people: Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance.
After that: No refunds will be issued.
Third: Non-Refundable Circumstances
The customer is not entitled to a refund in the following cases:
After flight or hotel bookings have been confirmed.
No-show or late arrival.
Departure or return times being late.
Circumstances beyond the company’s control (such as government regulations or entry restrictions to Mecca).
Violation of trip instructions and regulations.
Fourth: Modification Policy
14 days in advance: Reductions of up to 20% are permitted.
10 days in advance: Reductions of up to 30% are permitted.
Less than 10 days in advance: No modifications are permitted.
Fifth: Payment Policy
🔹 Individual Bookings:
Full payment must be made within the booking period, otherwise, cancellation will be automatic.
🔹 Group Bookings:
50% within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
100% 14 days prior to the trip.
In case of non-payment: The booking will be canceled without notice, and the amount is non-refundable.
Sixth: No-Show Policy 100% of the booking price will be charged in case of no-show.
Seventh: Transportation and Trip Policy Trip details will be sent via WhatsApp.
Please allow only 15 minutes after the departure time.
If you are late, the customer is responsible for catching the trip at their own expense.
In case of bus breakdown, a replacement will be provided within 1 to 5 hours.
Eighth: General Instructions
Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
Carrying dangerous or prohibited materials is prohibited.
Modest dress is required on the bus.
Respect the staff and all passengers.
Any violation will result in legal action.
Ninth: Liability The company is not responsible for lost personal belongings. Parents must supervise their children throughout the trip.
Any abuse or assault will result in cancellation of service and legal action.
Tenth: Trip Cancellation by the Company Etemar Company reserves the right to cancel the trip in emergency situations.
The customer will be notified at least 6 hours in advance.
The customer is entitled to: A refund Or rebooking Acknowledgment and Acceptance By completing the booking, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
